Can I buy just one product?

Is there really a free plan?
Yes, genuinely free, no card required. You get 500 mentions a month across five networks, two monitors and AI sentiment. It's the real product, not a crippled trial.
What counts as a mention?
One matching post, article, video or comment that Babel42 pulls in for you. Your monthly allowance is the number of new mentions collected across your monitors.
Why is X (Twitter) a separate add-on?
We pull X through the official X API. Proper, reliable data, not scraping. X charges per post pulled, which is far pricier than the other networks, so rather than hide that in the base price we keep it as a transparent add-on. You only pay for the X volume you actually want.
How long do you keep my data?
For the long term. Retention scales with your plan, from 90 days on Free up to multi-year on higher tiers. Unlike tools that wipe everything after 30 days, Babel42 keeps your history so you can see how a brand, topic or campaign moved over months and years.
Can I see mentions from before I set up a monitor?
Yes. When you create a monitor, Babel42 backfills the long tail of historical mentions where the platform allows, so you start with context instead of a blank dashboard. How far back depends on the network.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades apply at the end of your billing cycle. No lock-in.
